1. Dispatch Times
Domestic wholesale orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
Lead times may vary depending on stock availability and order size. Any extended lead times will be communicated in advance.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Metro areas (Australia): 1–3 business days after dispatch
Regional areas (Australia): 2–7 business days after dispatch
Interstate delivery: 2–9 business days after dispatch
These delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, courier transit issues, or customs clearance. Heychic is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on total weight/volume of the order and the delivery destination.
All charges will be clearly displayed on your invoice before order finalisation.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct.
Heychic is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

Deliveries are facilitated by third-party carriers.
Heychic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once dispatched.
